Dave Waddell
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Dave is responsible for apiary (beekeeping), managing our supply relationships for honey procurement and quality management. Dave was formerly the GM of Three Peaks Honey and brings to the Collective a wealth of knowledge of beekeeping practice and the harvesting, sourcing and market regulatory requirements of high quality, premium Mānuka honey.

Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Katherine is an experienced sales leader with intimate knowledge of export markets and a strength in meeting customer’s needs and developing long-term partnerships. Katherine also brings her expertise in import/export compliance and control processes, previously holding the roles of Head of Supply Chain and International New Business Manager, at Oha Honey.

As Operations Manager with 20 years experience at 100% Pure New Zealand Honey, Jarved has honed his skill at PureFlow™ processing, blend analysis, quality, and forecasting and inventory management. Three-time Supreme Gold Award winner at APINZ National Honey Awards, Jarved is leading the way in New Zealand's honey processing.
